# Q.運営サポートに連絡（チャット）をするにはどうすれば良いですか？

# A.直接連絡をする場合は、「サポート」をクリックしてチャットへご連絡ください。24時間以内にお返事します。

AI検索をしている場合は、検索後に表示される「サポート」をクリックするとチャット画面が開きます。
個別の案件、ヘルプでわからないことなどご連絡ください。チャットを利用する際は、必ずメールアドレスをご記載ください。
そうしないと、履歴が残らず返信をして回答が届かないことがあります。

また、コネクティッドワンにご登録をされている方は、登録されているメールアドレスをご記載いただけると、サポートがスムーズになります。
